U.S. Shipping Rates
FREE 2-3 Day Shipping when you spend over $10 (after discounts and promotions). Orders below $10 are charged a flat rate of $4.00 for standard shipping.
We ship to all 50 states, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO boxes, Puerto Rico and District of Columbia.
After your payment is verified, it takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order (not including weekends or holidays). Purchases made after 9 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an automatic email from us with tracking information for your package.
It’ll get there quick! Most orders arrive in 2 days via USPS, but in rare instances, please allow up to 3 days. Sphynx is not responsible for USPS shipping delays due to weather or other unexpected reasons.
We’re typically unable to cancel orders once they have been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 800-875-0248 to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.
International Shipping Rates

* Customs, Duties and Taxes:
For the countries above listed with an asterisk (*), international shipments are sent by USPS and eventually placed into your country's local postal stream. Any customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or other additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. If your order total (excluding shipping) is below a certain dollar amount (as indicated in the chart above), you should not be charged any import duties and fees by your local government.
There is a chance your local government may not charge you for customs, duties and taxes (even if you should be charged); however, if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees, as we do not receive any of this money. The funds go exclusively to your own local government. Instead of charging our customers upfront for potential taxes that they might not actually be charged by their local government, you only pay us for the cost of shipping internationally, which we have negotiated at extremely competitive rates, and are responsible for any potential fees charged by your local government.
Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to customs, duties and taxes.
