Yes! Your Sphynx Razor comes with 3 main components - a water spray bottle, a moisturizing bar, and 2 razor blades. The spray bottle can be refilled with water as needed and does not need to be replaced. The moisturizing bar and blades can be replaced with a Sphynx Refill Pack.

Depending on your weekly usage, we recommend you replace each blade every 3-4 weeks. Our Refill Packs each include 4 blades and 1 moisturizing bar (so you always have a fresh bar to go with it!).

No, it is not a soap and you do not need to wash it off your skin! It’s formulated with shea butter, coconut oil and essential oils to moisturize your skin before you shave, and should be rubbed in after you shave to leave your skin soft and silky. Hellooooo smooth.

When you’re about to purchase a refill pack, select “Subscribe and Save” and select your frequency for every 2, 3, 4 or 5 months. You can pause, modify or cancel your subscription at any time -- no strings attached.

Zero, zilch, nada. We offer FREE shipping in the U.S. on all orders (you’re welcome!).
We ship to all 50 states, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO boxes, Puerto Rico and District of Columbia.
After we process your order, shipping typically takes 2-3 business days to receive your order. We ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA.
Purchases made after 1 p.m. PST are shipped out the next business day. If your order is made after 1 p.m. PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please note that shipping during the holidays may expect a delay.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an automatic email from us with tracking information for your package. Sphynx is not responsible for shipping delays by the carrier due to weather or other unexpected reasons.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package goes out for delivery. If you didn’t receive an email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please contact your local USPS to see if they have your package. If it’s not there, your package may have been misdelivered to a neighbor or nearby address and just needs a little extra time to find its way back to you.
