What forms of payments do you accept?

Do you test any of your products on animals?

Never! We love our furry friends.

How is this different than my traditional shower razor?

A lot! It’s not meant to replace your at-home shaving routine. It’s an on-the-go razor meant for touch-ups and missed spots, and includes everything you need to shave on the go: a spray bottle, a moisturizing bar, and two razor blades. It’s compact and discreet and easy to throw in your car, purse, gym bag, office desk, or carry-on during travel (Sphynx Razor is TSA approved!).

Can I refill my Sphynx razor? How do I refill it?

Yes! Your Sphynx Razor comes with 3 main components - a water spray bottle, a moisturizing bar, and 2 razor blades. The spray bottle can be refilled with water as needed and does not need to be replaced. The moisturizing bar and blades can be replaced with a Sphynx Refill Pack.

How frequently do I need to replace my blades?

Depending on your weekly usage, we recommend you replace each blade every 3-4 weeks. Our Refill Packs each include 4 blades and 1 moisturizing bar (so you always have a fresh bar to go with it!).

Why single blade razors?

Sphynx Razor is designed with single blades because they clog less than multi-blade razors and are easier to clean, making it ideal for shaving on-the-go anytime, anywhere.

Can I use Sphynx Razor for a full shave?

Sphynx is meant to be used for missed spots and touch-ups and is not meant to replace your traditional shower razor.

What parts of my body can I shave with the Sphynx Razor?

You can use your razor to shave anywhere, from your underarms to your toes, to your…...well you get the idea.   

What skin types are Sphynx products suitable for?

Great for all skin types, including those with sensitive skin.

Do I have to use all the components (water spray bottle, moisturizing bar and razor blade) of the Sphynx Razor to shave?

Yes, to get the best shave without any razor burn or cuts we highly recommend not skipping a step.

Is the moisturizing bar a soap? Do I have to wash it off when I'm done shaving?

No, it is not a soap and you do not need to wash it off your skin! It’s formulated with shea butter, coconut oil and essential oils to moisturize your skin before you shave, and should be rubbed in after you shave to leave your skin soft and silky. Hellooooo smooth.

Will the moisturizing bar melt in the heat?

Nope! You can store your Sphynx Razor in your car or beach bag without worrying about it making a mess.

Do your blades contain nickel?

No, they do not. :)

How does your monthly subscription on refill packs work?

When you’re about to purchase a refill pack, select “Subscribe and Save” and select your frequency for every 2, 3, 4 or 5 months.  You can pause, modify or cancel your subscription at any time -- no strings attached.

How do I enter a promo code?

To apply your code, go to your cart and start the checkout process. When you're on the checkout page, you should see a “discount” code box -- click on it and add the discount/promo code. After you insert it, click apply. Then you’re all set on saving that money. ;)

Most of our coupon codes will only work if you're using it on your first order. If you're a returning customer, feel free to pass your code along to a friend who may want to try us out for the first time -- we would really appreciate it!

How do I modify or cancel my order?

How do I pause or modify my refill pack subscription?

Yes! You’re in total control and can pause or modify your subscription frequency at any time without obligation.

How do I cancel my refill pack subscription?

Say it ain’t so! We’d hate to see you go! You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking on the link in your subscription email. If you ever need any support, you can reach us at support@shopsphynx.com.

U.S. Shipping & Returns

How much is U.S. shipping?

Zero, zilch, nada. We offer FREE shipping in the U.S. on all orders (you’re welcome!).

Where do you ship in the U.S.?

We ship to all 50 states, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO boxes, Puerto Rico and District of Columbia.

How long does U.S. shipping take?

After we process your order, shipping typically takes 2-3 business days to receive your order. We ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA.

Purchases made after 1 p.m. PST are shipped out the next business day. If your order is made after 1 p.m. PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please note that shipping during the holidays may expect a delay.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an automatic email from us with tracking information for your package. Sphynx is not responsible for shipping delays by the carrier due to weather or other unexpected reasons.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package goes out for delivery. If you didn’t receive an email, please contact support@shopsphynx.com.

My tracking information shows as delivered, but I don't have the package. What should I do?

Please contact your local USPS to see if they have your package. If it’s not there, your package may have been misdelivered to a neighbor or nearby address and just needs a little extra time to find its way back to you. You may want to review your order confirmation email to double check the address you used during checkout to ensure it was correct.

What is your U.S. return policy?

We want you to love our products as much as we do! If you have any issues with your order, please let us know so we can help you replace your products, or return it within 30 days of your purchase for a refund. Where do you ship internationally?

We ship to Canada, Mexico, UK, EU, Australia and New Zealand. We are working to expand to more places soon! Please follow us on Instagram @sphynx and subscribe to our email newsletter for updates.

How much is international shipping and how long does it take?

We have negotiated discounted rates with our carriers to pass those savings to you! Shipping for international orders is only a flat rate of $8, regardless of your order size. This includes all import duties and taxes. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing.
