HOW OFTEN WILL I NEED TO CHANGE MY BLADES AND/OR MOISTURIZING BAR?
If you’re anything like our founder (who’s pretty forgetful when it comes to shaving), you’ll probably need to replace your blades and moisturizing bar every 3-6 months. But! The more frequently you clean it in between uses, the longer it will last.
DO YOU TEST ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS?
No way! We love our furry friends. Some of us here in the office admittedly like to test new products on ourselves from time to time, but we promise, we do that by choice!
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship to all 50 states in the U.S. We currently don’t ship to PO Boxes, Military (AFO/FPO/DPO), Puerto Rico, or international destinations for online orders, but plan on doing so by April 1, 2017. However, you may be able to purchase our products through one of our international retail partners - please visit our Store Locator page for more info.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Orders over $25 receive free shipping in the U.S. Orders $24.99 and below are charged a flat shipping fee of $4.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS. Once shipped from our warehouse, the expected arrival time by USPS is 2-3 business days (varies by location).
WHAT’S MY ORDER STATUS?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an automated email with a tracking number to track your package from our warehouse to your door.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
