HOW OFTEN WILL I NEED TO CHANGE MY BLADES AND/OR MOISTURIZING BAR?

If you’re anything like our founder (who’s pretty forgetful when it comes to shaving), you’ll probably need to replace your blades and moisturizing bar every 3-6 months. But! The more frequently you clean it in between uses, the longer it will last.

DO YOU TEST ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS?

No way! We love our furry friends. Some of us here in the office admittedly like to test new products on ourselves from time to time, but we promise, we do that by choice!

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently only ship to the continental U.S. (all states excluding Hawaii and Alaska). We plan on expanding our shipments to more locations in early 2017. We don’t ship to PO Boxes, Military (AFO/FPO), Puerto Rico, or international destinations for online orders. However, you may be able to purchase our products through one of our international retail partners - visit our Store Locator page to find locations.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Orders over $10 receive free shipping in the U.S. Orders below $10 are charged a flat shipping fee of $1.50.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS. Once shipped, the expected arrival time by USPS is 2-7 business days (varies by location).

WHAT’S MY ORDER STATUS?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an automated email with a tracking number to track your package from our warehouse to your door.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to love our products as much as we do. If you aren’t totally in love, go ahead and email us at orders@shopsphynx.com and we’ll be happy to make things right.

Our products are manufactured in China, but concepted and designed from our headquarters in Los Angeles.

MY PRODUCT IS MISSING A BLADE OR MOISTURIZING BAR. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

WHY ARE SOME PRODUCTS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR “PRE-ORDER”?

Some of our new products are exclusively made as a pre-order before we get them in stock. This lets you place your order now, so you’ll be the first to receive them when they’re ready to ship!

We try to fill and send your order as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to add items to your order or prevent a package from shipping. Please feel free to reach out at orders@shopsphynx.com and we'll do our best to help.
