Patents and Intellectual Property

At Sphynx, we have invested the time and financial resources to develop products with the utmost care and quality. As such, we have filed a number of patents, trademarks and copyrights to protect both you and Sphynx from impostors who sell fraudulent knock-offs far below the quality standards we require of ourselves or that our customers deserve. We devote considerable resources to our Intellectual Property Department which monitors and investigates companies that violate the company’s intellectual property rights around the world.

The following Sphynx products are protected by patents in the U.S. and elsewhere. This page is provided to satisfy the virtual patent marking provisions of various jurisdictions including the virtual patent marking provisions of the America Invents Act. The following list may not be all inclusive.
